For materials used in production of sintered alloy valve seats, TPR breaks down particles using our proprietary special alloy powder. Featuring an excellent balance of heat resistance, wear-resistance, and compatibility with valves indispensable for valve seats, TPR provides sintered alloy products that are compatible with all engines, including diesel, gasoline, and gas for either two or four wheel vehicles.

For gasoline engines

Intake valve seats must be inexpensive, strong, and easy to machine. TPR's valve seats are not only inexpensive but also able to be used in eco-friendly engines with high output and good fuel efficiency.

For diesel engines

For both intake and exhaust, excellent wear-resistance, thermal resistance, and strength are required. Materials for diesel engines are typical materials that are widely used for small-sized trucks with outstanding corrosion resistance; they can be also applied to engines using alcohol, an alternative fuel.

For gas engines

Gases such as CNG and LPG are listed as alternative fuels, and the operating environment becomes severe in terms of heat. TPR's materials for gas engines have excellent wear-resistance properties under high temperatures and have been used in vehicles with gas engines outside of Japan.
