Effort Status
- Periodic internal training is carried out in line with the Environmental Management System.
- Each workplace carries out environmental predictive training using a familiar environmental concern as a topic
Education
Once per year, we conduct internal training covering all environmental work, such as to obtain knowledge needed to operate the Environmental Management System (EMS), targeting new employees and new managers.
In FY21 we started a carbon neutrality effort, holding learning sessions targeted at General Managers and Managers. After that, we rolled out e-learning to all employees.
Environmental Predictive Training
