Our Approach

In keeping with the purpose of the Act on Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment, TPR is committed to preventing sexual harassment of job seekers and other individuals engaged in job-seeking activities and to conducting recruitment activities in a fair and appropriate manner.

Measures to Prevent Harassment in Recruitment Activities

Policy Communication, Education, and Training

We conduct training and awareness-raising initiatives for personnel involved in recruitment activities.

Establishing a Consultation Service

To ensure confidentiality, we have established an external consultation service.
Upon receiving a consultation, we will promptly and accurately ascertain the facts and take any necessary measures.

No Adverse Treatment for Using the Consultation Service

Applicants will not be disadvantaged in the selection process as a result of using the consultation service.

Code of Conduct for Recruitment Activities

Exchange of Contact Information Personnel involved in recruitment activities must exchange only official company contact information with applicants and must not contact applicants using personal mobile phones or other personal means of communication.
Meeting Locations Meetings with applicants must be held at company-approved locations, such as company premises or school campuses.
Meetings and Meals Applicants will not be required to attend social gatherings held as part of recruitment activities, nor will applicants be disadvantaged in the selection process for declining to attend.

Consultation Service for Harassment in Recruitment

Job seekers and other individuals engaged in job-seeking activities may contact our consultation service if they have experienced sexual harassment or believe that they may be at risk of such harassment.
TPR will take the necessary measures to protect the privacy of the person seeking consultation, the person alleged to have engaged in the conduct, and other relevant parties.
